Shana Hussin, RDN, Registered Dietitian
For over 25 years, Shana has been a dedicated nutrition and health practitioner, but like many, she faced her own health challenges—insulin resistance and adrenal dysfunction—especially during perimenopause. Despite her expertise, she struggled with bloating, canker sores, sugar cravings, and energy dips, even while maintaining an active lifestyle.
She also saw clients diligently follow conventional nutrition advice yet fail to achieve weight loss, disease reversal, or sustained energy.
In 2016, when her son was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, doctors dismissed the role of nutrition, insisting on lifelong medication, but she refused to accept that. Determined to uncover the root causes of chronic disease, she discovered that real, natural food—not misleading labels or outdated dietary advice—is the key to lasting metabolic health.
Dr. Kim Feinstein Clinical Psychologist
Meet Dr. Kim, a Clinical Psychologist & Behavioral Weight Loss Specialist whose journey with food and body image began at an early age. By just five years old, disordered eating had already taken root, shaping her self-worth and how she saw the world. At 13, a single offhand comment about her "fat legs" left a lasting impact, fueling her first attempts at dieting in hopes of fitting society’s mold.
For years, the scale, calorie counts, and the constant categorization of "good" and "bad" foods dictated her daily life. It felt like an endless battle—one that always seemed just out of reach. But through her personal struggles, she found her calling: to help others break free from the same cycle and redefine their relationship with food, health, and self-image.
