Chocolate Peppermint Muffins
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 eggs or flax eggs
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/3 cup avocado oil
- 2 scoops chocolate charge cell + immunity shake
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 2 crushed candy canes
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add all ingredients to a bowl. Mix until combined.
- Spoon batter into a lined muffin tin. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 min. Let cool.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and top with crushed candy canes. Enjoy!
