Chocolate Peppermint Muffins

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 eggs or flax eggs
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/3 cup avocado oil
  • 2 scoops chocolate charge cell + immunity shake
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 2 crushed candy canes

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl. Mix until combined.
  2. Spoon batter into a lined muffin tin. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 min. Let cool.
  3. Drizzle with melted chocolate and top with crushed candy canes. Enjoy!
