Chocolate Gingerbread Baked Oats

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats 
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed 
  • 1 scoop Soursop Pumpkin Powder cell + immunity shake 
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 tsp blackstrap molasses
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 squares of dark chocolate 
  • 1 tsp monk fruit

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients except for the chocolate and monk fruit to a baking dish. Mix until combined. 
  2. Add chocolate to the middle of the mixture. 
  3. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle monk fruit on top and enjoy!
